The challenge
Bed Bath & Beyond Mexico's online store, a fully customized B2C site, was running on Adobe Commerce 2.3. Moving to 2.4 made it possible to improve infrastructure, security, search, catalog and inventory, and to enable new features.

Upgrade from version 2.3 to 2.4
The project began with the Adobe Commerce upgrade from version 2.3 to 2.4, which brought infrastructure, security, search, catalog and inventory improvements.
Live Search
With the version change we enabled Live Search. The feature collects customer information in real time while people search for and buy products, and syncs with catalog data to answer searches more efficiently.
Sales funnel and user experience
On the fully customized site, we worked on the sales funnel and the user experience. The store was available across Mexico.
